This he said according to an interview with Pilerats “I’ve always been interested in music and as a young kid, my musical outlet was actually playing instruments like the piano, keyboard, guitar and drums.”
Michael signed with Teamwrk Records and released “Speed Racer” as his debut single in December 2018. Up until 2021, when “Astronaut in the Ocean” was re-released, all of his subsequent releases were on the label.
Michael signed a multi-album deal with US-based label Elektra Records, which is owned by Warner Music Group, on January 28, 2021. Michael’s music is represented by Elektra in all regions except Australia and New Zealand, where Teamwrk Records continues to represent him.
