Osemiebi Loveday popularly known as Joy Joseph was born on the 22 of December (year not stated). She started singing , writing and composing songs at a very early age. At the age of 12, she joined the children choir and was then given the position of a music director. She is also a gifted drummer who has challenged other children to learn how to play the drums.
